Research Posters

We welcome research poster contributions from researchers, engineers, and practitioners working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and High Performance Computing.

Topic Areas

The poster session is currently planned for Day 2 of the conference. See the Agenda page for the preliminary schedule.

The best posters will also be selected for an oral presentation during the conference.

The deadline for poster submission is 15 November 2026.

Submission Guidelines

The guidelines below summarize the information required for submission and the expectations for accepted posters.

Required Information

  • Poster title
  • Poster author information
  • Short poster abstract (200 words maximum)
  • Topic area from the list below
  • Draft of the poster as a PDF file

Poster Format

The poster does not need to be in its final version. You may revise it after acceptance, but the submitted file must be a representative draft of the final poster.

  • One page maximum
  • Final printed poster must not exceed A0 portrait: 841 mm × 1189 mm
  • File type and maximum size: PDF file (10 MB)

Review Process

The MINERVA Conference Scientific Committee will review all submitted poster proposals.
